How can I book an appointment?+
Use the appointment form on this page, call +20 2 2735 4400, or message us on WhatsApp. Online requests are confirmed within 30 minutes during clinic hours.
Do you accept emergency cases?+
Yes. Our urgent care suite operates 24/7 with a consultant on call. Emergency cases are seen without prior booking and triaged on arrival.
Can I choose a specific doctor?+
You can request any consultant by name when booking. If they are unavailable within your preferred window, we offer the earliest alternative in the same department.
What insurance providers do you accept?+
We work with all major local and international insurers, including AXA, Bupa, MetLife and Allianz. We verify your coverage and share any co-payment before your visit.
Can I reschedule my appointment?+
Appointments can be moved free of charge up to four hours before the scheduled time, through the patient portal or by calling reception.
